Why are you choosing to be an H22 partner?
We’re curious about Helsingborg’s future work within Smart Sustainable Cities and we believe that H22 is an important part of that work.
In what way will your involvement contribute to the development of Helsingborg and other cities?
We are a regional actor within Smart Sustainable Cities, as well as Sweden’s largest cluster within the area. We contribute to regional development within sustainable urban development and we look forward to Helsingborg’s involvement and contribution in this work.
What does a smarter city mean to you?
For us, the word smart has two main aspects; firstly, the smart connected city where digital solutions contribute to more sustainable urban development. And secondly, smart solutions within different parts of the urban infrastructure, for example water management, waste management, energy supply, and mobility solutions.
How is your organisation using the potential of digitisation in the making of a smarter city?
We conduct development projects within digitisation and AI for a sustainable city. We’re currently developing an AI project within the climate area together with one of our sister clusters, Mobile Heights.
When building the cities of tomorrow, what new forms of cooperation do you think we need?
We consider the regional perspective to be particularly important in terms of cooperation. A current example we’re working with is inter-municipal cooperation regarding renewable energy supply.
