What challenges does your organisation aim to solve within the context of the H22 initiative?
As a societal actor, the climate work is a priority issue for us at NCC. We want to help our customers make more climate-smart and sustainable choices, and thereby assume long-term responsibility in terms of the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s generations. H22’s focus on innovation and sustainable urban development aligns well with this goal and is a good arena for us to collaborate in.
In what way can Helsingborg be used as a test bed for your organisation and innovations?
NCC wants to inspire and lead the way forward in the climate transition, and at the very least contribute to reducing our own and our customers’ environmental impact. One example in Helsingborg is the collaboration with Helsingborgshem and the housing project Kungsörnen, a pilot project for climate-smart construction.
