Having co-founded Scandinavia’s largest Design Thinking Bootcamp for nursing students, Johan is now leading and coordinating the innovation journey of 3,500 city employees. His ambition is an agile organisation with the innovation capacity to take on future challenges. Johan will bring his extensive knowledge of health tech to the panel discussion and shed new light on paths forward.
