Mikael Sjögren is currently within global communications in Ingka (Ingka Group, formerly known as IKEA Group, is a strategic partner in the IKEA franchise system, operating IKEA Retail in 30 markets) where he leads the work on Real Play Coalition, which is a global non-profit coalition with UNICEF, LEGO, National Geographic and IKEA.
Communication has been the red thread throughout his life, where he previously worked as Marketing Director and leadership consultant within value-based organisations & Ad agencies as Art Director with focus on Retail concepts and Brand management for several international companies. Mikael is involved in several international collaboration projects, connected to the ideas of building child friendly cities.
Together with various stake holders IKEA activates new areas of play i cities, on several continents. At H22 Summit Mikael will tell us about the work that has been done in collaboration with LEGO, UNICEF and National Geographics, together with colleague Julia Olofsson, Human and Child Rights Leader, IKEA.
