Dialogue work is about engagement, community, happiness, and trust. Happiness is an especially important aspect for me. Every person deserves to be met with a smile and a greeting. This is the moment when the potential for dialogue and a sense of community is realised. In this way, my work is very much about opening doors that can lead to fruitful conversations and the pleasure of socialising in all its forms.<\/p>\n

What I see in the residents of Drottningh\u00f6g is unprecedented commitment. The residents are involved in everything that it going on around them, from development work to social engagement. This in turn generates a lot of trust and a feeling of belonging and happiness.<\/p>\n

The residents of Drottningh\u00f6g are proud of their neighbourhood. And being proud of something means safeguarding and taking care of it. We also want to invite others to experience all the positivity that we have encountered. The dialogue work in Drottningh\u00f6g has been ongoing for many years and is still under way. It has become a culture and an innovation model that I hope we can share with others working with the same issues and challenges. It\u2019s fantastic to work with something that has yielded such great results. I quite simply have the best job imaginable!<\/p>\n
